Decentralized Fellows – Fairchild AFB

A new offering for military members to get a glimpse into a real-life workplace outside of their typical duties by shadowing an employee, observing a jobsite, or doing project-based work.

Decentralized Fellows Program is an industry immersion program that identifies emerging innovators from your installation and places them into short-term professional externships within the local community. These experiences allow participants to bring important knowledge back to the Air Force and increase the retention of the most promising early and mid-career Airmen.
