Coming out of technical evaluation, proposals are categorized as “Selectable/Funded” or “Not Selected.” Proposals may be determined “Not Selected” based on disqualification for not meeting a solicitation requirement or falling below the funded cut line by receiving a lower score than other submitted proposals.
