The Phase II customer/end-user/Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will likely be involved in a STRATFI or TACFI effort. However, this is not required. STRATFI’s and TACFI’s are built off the Phase II effort, but a company could bring a different or additional customer(s)/end-user(s) to the table.
