Companies are encouraged to resubmit a technology to a new solicitation if they believe their solution can meet a U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force need. To improve the chances of receiving an award, the new proposal should be significantly improved based on a thorough self-evaluation against the official criteria. It must also adhere to any new requirements of the current solicitation. Additionally, a proposer must disclose if a proposal for “Essentially Equivalent Work” has been submitted to another U.S. government agency or DoW Component.
